Sud Daddeez Car Wash Membership

Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the car wash membership program

(“Membership”) offered by Sud Daddeez, LLC (“Sud Daddeez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By

subscribing to a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to

these Terms, do not subscribe to or use the Membership.

1. Membership Subscription and Billing

By subscribing to a Sud Daddeez Membership, you authorize us to automatically charge your

credit or debit card on file each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This

subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. Membership fees are

non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods.

If your payment method is declined, we may attempt to process the charge again. If payment

cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your Membership may be suspended or

cancelled.

2. Membership Usage

Each Membership is valid for one (1) vehicle only and is non-transferable. Your vehicle must be

registered to your Membership account. Membership benefits are available during normal

business hours at participating Sud Daddeez locations. Use of the Membership is subject to fair

and reasonable use; excessive use patterns that indicate abuse or commercial exploitation may

result in Membership cancellation.

We reserve the right to close or modify operating hours due to weather conditions, equipment

maintenance, staffing constraints, or special events. Temporary closures do not entitle members

to refunds or credits.

3. Changes, Cancellations, and Pauses

You may cancel your Membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request through our

website or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests must be received at

least seven (7) days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Upon cancellation, your Membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current

paid billing period.

Members may pause their Membership for up to one (1) billing cycle through their online

account. Membership plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) are limited to one change per

ninety (90) day period.

Sud Daddeez reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Membership at any time, with

or without cause. If we cancel your Membership without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund

for the unused portion of your current billing period.

4. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you may opt in to receive promotional

alerts, service updates, and important communications via SMS text message and email. By

opting in, you consent to receive automated messages at the phone number and email address

you provided. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message

you receive from us. You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link

included in each email. Opting out of promotional communications will not affect your ability to

receive transactional or service-related messages regarding your Membership.

5. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at

www.suddaddeez.com. Personal information such as your name, email address, phone

number, mailing address, vehicle description, and payment information will be used strictly in

accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or

promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sud Daddeez is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle that is caused by pre-existing

conditions, loose accessories, or items not properly secured prior to entering the wash. You

acknowledge that automated car wash equipment may cause damage to vehicles with pre-

existing body damage, loose trim, oversized accessories, or aftermarket modifications. Sud

Daddeez’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to your Membership shall not

exceed the amount of Membership fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your Membership shall be governed by

the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any

legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in

Bexar County, Texas.

8. Pricing and Plan Changes

Membership rates and plan options are subject to change. We will provide at least thirty (30)

days’ notice before any price increase takes effect for existing members. If you do not agree to

a price change, you may cancel your Membership before the new rate takes effect.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on

our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Membership after any

modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
